ENTRY PERIOD: This Sweepstakes begins on July 28, 2024 at 12:01 AM CST and ends on August 2, 2024 at 11:59 PM CST.  

ELIGIBILITY: This Cari Blue Reviews Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void outside the United States, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and other Unted States Territories and possessions. Employees of Sponsor, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted.   

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, submit a review of Capri Blue products on www.capriblue.com. You must be a registered user at capriblue.com to submit a review. It may take up to 72 hours after submission for a review to display on the website.  One entry per person or email address.

DRAWING: The winners will be selected on or about August 5, 2024 from all eligible entries received and will be notified on or about August 5, 2024. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated these rules. If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, prize will be awarded to the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the internet service provider responsible for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Winners will be notified by email. Sponsor is not responsible if a winner fails to receive the notice. If a winner fails to respond within seventy-two (72) hours, their prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random.

PRIZES: One Grand Prize winner will receive a $500 Capri Blue Shopping Spree on Capriblue.com. Two Second Place winners will receive a $100 Capri Blue Shopping Spree on Capriblue.com. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licensee of use winner’s name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world. No prize substitution or cash equivalent allowed. Prize may not be transferred. 

GENERAL TERMS: By entering this Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. 

For any content that you submit, you grant Sponsor a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you. 

By submitting any content you represent and warrant that: 

• you are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights thereto; 

• all "moral rights" that you may have in such content have been voluntarily waived by you; 

• all content that you post is accurate; 

• you are at least 18 years old; 

• use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms of Use and will not cause injury to any person or entity. 

You further agree and warrant that you shall not submit any content: 

• that is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading; 

• that infringes any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; 

• that violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising); 

• that is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership or corporation; 

• for which you were compensated or granted any consideration by any third party; 

• that includes any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers; 

• that contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files. 

All content that you submit may be used at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to change, condense or delete any content on Sponsor’s website that it deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not Sponsor are responsible for the contents of your submission. None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Sponsor, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third-party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees. 

CURiO reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized intervention, fraud or any other cause affects the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize. You agree to indemnify and hold Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies and their respective officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers, harmless from any and all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize or due to a breach of your representations and warranties set forth herein, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. 

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements of the Sweepstakes. 

WINNERS’ NAME: The name of the winners is available only within thirty (30) days after the close of the Sweepstakes. To receive the name of the winners, where permitted by law, or a printed copy of the Sweepstakes Official Rules, please contact Sponsor by email at CE@capri-blue.com.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Youtube, Pinterest, LinkedIn or Google. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor of this Sweepstakes and not to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Youtube, Pinterest, LinkedIn or Google.
