Place Reed Diffuser vase on a stable surface that is not wood, lacquered, polished, or painted. Pour Refill into Diffuser vase and insert, then carefully remove and flip reeds to allow other end to become saturated.

I agree with the above review. The reeds do not stand up as pictured. They spread out in a wide range. Five stars for scent and beautiful opal base, I do wish the reeds would stand up a bit more - it looks a little haphazard. The scent is the best, great alternative or in addition to burning a candle. Diffuser best for smaller rooms.

Love the container and fragrance. The reeds do not stand upright as shown in the picture. They are more widely spread out which I think makes the fragrance more noticeable. Perfect for a small room.
